Who we are

Travel by Zoë is an independent travel agency operated by Zoë Verhaeren-Roper, trading through InteleTravel (ATOL and ABTA protected). Our website is travelbyzoe.co.uk.

What data we collect

When you use our contact form or email us, we may collect:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number (if provided)
• Details about your travel enquiry (destination, dates, budget, preferences)

How we use your data

We use your information solely to:

• Respond to your travel enquiry
• Provide travel quotes and recommendations
• Process bookings on your behalf through our travel partners

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Travel bookings

When you make a booking, your details are shared with the relevant travel provider (tour operator, airline, hotel, etc.) as necessary to fulfil your booking. These providers have their own privacy policies. All bookings are made through InteleTravel, which is ATOL (number 11046) and ABTA protected.

Contact form

Our contact form is processed by Formsubmit.co, which forwards your enquiry to us via email. Formsubmit does not store your data permanently. See Formsubmit's privacy policy.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking technologies. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics service.

Data retention

We keep your enquiry details only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and any resulting booking. If no booking is made, we will delete your details within 12 months unless you ask us to keep them on file.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
